FOR PLASTERS AND GROUTS
WHEN APPLYING TO CONCRETE

APT CONCRETE CONTACT is a high-quality concentrated primer based on acrylic aqueous dispersion, titanium dioxide, fine quartz sand, fillers, additives and is easy to apply. This product is used for priming smooth concrete substrates, or mineral substrates with low absorption before applying plasters and plaster or cement-based screeds. It finally obtains a matte, textured film, permeable to water vapor, impermeable to water, resistant to scratches, mechanical shocks and weathering.

FIELD OF USE: BETON KONTAKT is used for the preparation of mineral surfaces that cannot be plastered directly due to their low absorption capacity. It is recommended for non-absorbent interior and exterior surfaces made of concrete, cement-based mortar, plaster, for civil and industrial buildings in order to improve adhesion to the substrate.

dilutedÞIE: Apply diluted with 2 to 3 L of drinking water to the optimum viscosity, depending on the application conditions. Mix thoroughly before use.

SPECIFIC CONSUMPTION: Depending on the type, absorption and structure of the surface to be applied, the average specific consumption is 200-300 grams/m2/1 layer, on smooth surfaces. On rough surfaces the average specific consumption increases.

PROFESSIONAL DECORATIVE PAINT
STRUCTURED

It is a structurable decorative paint based on silicone-enhanced acrylic latex resin, from which embossed films are obtained with good resistance to impact, liquid water (to dirt) and good water vapor permeability.

COMPOSITION: Aqueous dispersion of acrylic copolymers, silicone additive, silicates, marble dust, water, additives, preservatives.

Product properties:
– drastically reduces the absorption of rainwater in the walls;
– permeable to water vapor;
– resistant to weather and environmental factors;
– has long-lasting color resistance to UV rays.

Use: It is used as a final layer for thermal insulation systems, concrete, mortar plasters and surface renovation with dispersion-based, load-bearing, matte paints. Surfaces with salt efflorescence, as well as surfaces made of plastic or wood, are not recommended.

SPECIFIC CONSUMPTION: On flat and smooth surfaces, 0.8 – 1.8 kg/m2. Consumption varies depending on the nature of the support and the desired structure. The paint can be applied in such a way as to obtain a consumption lower than the minimum of 0.8 kg/m2, but in this case a uniform finish structure and full covering power are no longer guaranteed.

PRIMER – PROFESSIONAL PRIMER
FOR DECORATIVE PLASTER

APT PROTEKT GRUND is a primer with a high quartz sand content, with good adhesion and covering capacity, intended for priming load-bearing mineral surfaces, interior and exterior, such as mineral plasters and gypsum plasterboards. In the case of gypsum plasterboards, it significantly reduces the risk of exfoliation of thin layers of gypsum-based putty.

COMPOSITION: Aqueous dispersion of styrene-acrylic copolymers, titanium dioxide, quartz sand, marble dust, water, additives, preservatives.

FIELD OF USE: It is used as an intermediate layer - adhesion bridge - for plasters based on acrylic, silicone, silicate resins, mineral plasters or quartz mosaic, facilitating their application and structuring.
Used, in particular, in thermal insulation systems. In addition, it reduces the water absorption of exterior plasters (reduces water penetration into the substrate through defects in the structured plaster).

FEATURES: It has high adhesion and good covering capacity. The coated surfaces are: Resistant to weather and environmental factors; Hydrophobic, repels liquid water; Permeable to water vapor.

SPECIFIC CONSUMPTION: Depending on the type, absorption, structure and absorption rate of the surface to be applied, approx. 200-250g/m2 in a single layer. The controlled sample study must be done for a defined consumption.

APT SILICONE PROTECT R15 and F20 is a structurable plaster based on acrylic latex resin enhanced with silicone, with type R - "scratched" or type F - "grain next to grain" structure, with good water vapor permeability, it is applicable as a final layer for: thermal insulation systems, concrete, mortar plasters and surfaces with dispersion-based paint, load-bearing, matte.
The product has the following performances: easy application, drastically reduces rainwater absorption in walls, permeable to water vapor, resistant to weather and environmental factors, long-lasting color resistance to UV rays.

COMPOSITION: Aqueous dispersion of acrylic copolymers, titanium dioxide, silicates, calcium carbonate, water, additives, preservatives

Surface drying time (to the touch): 12 hours and total drying (in depth): 2-3 days. The values are given for a temperature of 20°C and a relative humidity of 65%. In the first 24 hours after application, the surface must be protected from rain, snow, frost, etc.

Specific consumption: 2.4-3.5 kg/m2. The indicated consumption refers to perfectly smooth surfaces. The consumption varies depending on the thickness of the applied layer and the characteristics of the support surface.

Packaging: Plastic bucket, containing 25 kg.

PROFESSIONAL DECORATIVE PLASTER
IMPACT AND CRACK RESISTANCE

APT ULTIMATE SILICONE is a structurable plaster based on silicone resin, with type R - "scratched" or type F - "grain next to grain" structure, with high permeability to water vapor.
It is used: as a final layer for thermal insulation systems based on basalt wool; on concrete, mortar plasters, load-bearing surfaces with matt dispersion-based paint. It can be used as a final layer for thermal insulation systems based on polystyrene.

COMPOSITION: Aqueous emulsion based on silicone resins, styrene-acrylic copolymers, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, silicates, water, additives, preservatives.

Drying time: At +20°C and 65% relative air humidity, the plaster is surface dry after 12 hours and rain-resistant after 24 hours. It is thoroughly dry and can be used after approx. 2-3 days. Lower temperatures and higher air humidity prolong the drying time. The plaster dries physically by evaporation of moisture. In cold weather or in conditions of high humidity, a longer drying time should be taken into account.

Specific consumption: 2.2-3.2 kg/m2. The indicated consumption refers to perfectly smooth surfaces. The consumption varies depending on the thickness of the applied layer and the characteristics of the support surface.

WHITE PRIMER 2 IN 1
FOR WASHABLE PAINT

APT WHITE PRIMER 2 in 1 is an acrylic dispersion-based product with the addition of silicone that forms a matte film with a white appearance. It acts both as a primer and as a first coat of paint, allowing full coverage after applying a single coat of finishing paint. It penetrates the support in depth, strengthening it, reduces its absorbency, equalizes areas with different absorptions and blocks the appearance of stains. The product has excellent adhesion to the support, fills pores very well and makes it easier to identify areas that require support repairs. Ideal for reducing renovation costs - time, labor, paint consumption (a single coat of Superwashable Paint (premium) can be applied, thus reducing costs by up to 30% and the time spent on labor by 33%). Recommended as a base coat for intense color paints made from a transparent base, and as an intermediate coat when changing from an intense color to a pastel/opaque or white one.

FIELD OF USE: It is used for priming and partial coating of any mineral surface such as common lime-cement plasters, gypsum plasters, concrete, gypsum boards, old painted surfaces resistant to wear and friction. It can also be used as a first layer before applying paints in strong, transparent colors and which require an additional layer of white paint. It can be used as an intermediate layer from darker shades to lighter shades, thus reducing paint consumption.

SPECIFIC CONSUMPTION: 150-180 m2 for 20 kg bucket (consumption 110 – 130 grams / sq m). The paint consumption values are obtained under conditions of application with a roller on a standard surface.

SUPERWASHABLE SILICONE PAINT
FOR OUTDOOR

GALAXY APARTMENT is a washable paint for exterior surfaces, based on silicone resin. It is used for finishing facades, on cement, lime-cement mineral plasters, concrete. It can also be applied over old water-dispersion paints, resistant to wear and washing. It is conditionally applied on gypsum plasters (with a test layer), lime or wood. It is not applied on resins and synthetic materials, varnish layers or oil-based coatings, glue paints, lime layers, on supports below the natural ground level or on surfaces where humidity acts under pressure.

The product is used for the decoration and renovation of new or old buildings, but also for the protection of historical buildings and monuments.

FEATURES: Thanks to special combinations of binders – silicone resin, water-repellent facade paints with high water vapor permeability are obtained, which guarantees quick drying after rain or condensation. Water-based product. It has a high level of adhesion to surfaces and high covering power. The waterproofing characteristic of silicone and the special structure of the paint layer prevent dirt from sticking to the walls. Thus, dirt is easily removed by washing or with each rain (self-cleaning property). It does not yellow, does not swell and does not peel off; It is not hazardous to the environment and health.

APPLICATION: Apply by brush, roller or spray in 2 coats. Leave for 4 hours before applying another coat.

SPECIFIC CONSUMPTION: 11-13 m2/L for 1 coat, depending on the type, absorption and structure of the surface to be applied.

MATT WASHABLE PAINT
FOR INTERIOR

APT OXYGEN It is a high-quality matte paint with high covering power, good washability, easy application, and does not harm health or the environment.

COMPOSITION: Aqueous acrylic dispersions, titanium dioxide, fillers and additives.

AREAS OF USE: For decorative and protective finishing of interior surfaces (screeds, gypsum board, lime and cement plasters, concrete and other mineral substrates). Can be tinted using acrylic dyes. Can be recoated with other washable paints.

APPLICATION: Apply with a roller, brush or airless pump. Surfaces are painted from TOP to bottom, evenly and without interruption, to prevent splashing and the appearance of unsightly streaks. Application temperature (of the environment): min. 10°C, and max. 30°C. Substrate humidity: max 12%. Environment humidity: max. 80%.

Drying time: Drying time before applying the second layer (recoating) is 6 hours, total drying: 24 hours, depending on the ambient temperature. Lower temperatures and increased air humidity extend the drying time.

SPECIFIC CONSUMPTION: 12 m2/liter/coat, on smooth surfaces.

WASHABLE MATT SILICONE PAINT
FOR INTERIOR

APT OXYGEN+ is a matte interior paint based on acrylic dispersion and silicone. It is used as a decorative and protective finish for plaster, concrete, raw concrete, gypsum, drywall, plywood and all areas with old paint on the interior walls of buildings.

FEATURES: Water-based product. It has a high level of adhesion to surfaces and high covering power. With the help of the water vapor permeability feature, it ensures the removal of moisture from the wall. The waterproof feature of silicone helps prevent dirt from sticking to the walls. SUPERWASHABLE ULTRAMAT
ULTRAMAT SUPERWASHABLE PAINT - FOR INTERIOR

APT ELEGANCE ULTRAMATT is a super washable interior paint with a very matte appearance based on acrylic dispersion. Immaculate white, it is specially designed for projects with large surfaces because it is easily applied both with a roller or brush and with airless sprayers. The surfaces obtained are very matte, homogeneous in appearance and structure, without roller marks. It can be used with excellent results in all rooms of homes, in offices, shops, hotels, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, etc.

RECOMMENDED SURFACES: Dispersion paints and mineral plasters, plasterboards, concrete, brickwork and limestone, conventional plasters and old adhering paints. The surfaces must be solid, dry, load-bearing and clean. If necessary, apply a primer coat beforehand. APT WHITE PRIMER.

SURFACE PREPARATION: For best results, make sure the surface is clean of dust, dirt, oils and debris. All defects, cracks, roughness should be filled with putty.

DILUTION: The product is diluted with 5 – 10 % water by volume. Depending on the method and the surface on which it is applied, the dilution can increase up to 20%.

READY-TO-USE MATERIAL
FOR INTERIOR

APT FINISHING PLASTER PASTE is a fine, ready-made putty, based on vinyl resins in aqueous dispersion, which is used inside civil and industrial buildings, on walls or ceilings, to create the finishing layer required before painting with washable paints or applying wallpaper. Unlike bagged, cement- or plaster-based putties, APT Finisaj Glet Pasta does not require mixing with water and has an unlimited working time (during the shelf life), which allows the reuse of the material remaining in the bucket, if it is kept closed with a lid.

Use: is a material for finishing plasterboard. It can also be used as a fine filler on interior walls, ceilings, pillars, beams,
before applying paint or wallpaper.

PERFORMANCE: Ready to use, no preparation required. Creates a flawless white surface, perfectly smooth and fine, which substantially reduces the consumption of washable paint. Short drying time, allows for quick continuation of work. Sands easily after hardening, without creating much dust. Safe and easy application over most substrates: plaster screeds, cement screeds, drywall, OSB, concrete, plasters. Creates an ideal layer for applying wallpaper or water-based washable paints. It can be colored with the pigments used in washable paints and the layer created after the screed can remain unpainted, as a final layer, being able to hide various decorative effects.

Product preparation: The ready-made APT Finishing Putty Paste can be used directly from the bucket, after mixing. The material can be diluted with cold, clean water in small quantities, maximum 1L per 25 kg (e.g. for mechanized application), mixing after each addition of water.

Specific consumption: The standard consumption is 0.4 kg/m2 in a 0.3 mm thick layer.
