Returns
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts: 'The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 para. 3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day they take physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
Return policy
The returns policy below applies exclusively to products ordered online and delivered by courier.
It is recommended that products be returned in their original packaging. They must be in the same condition as received. Products that show traces of use, that do not have all the accessories and tags intact, and those that are not presented together with all the documents that accompanied them cannot be returned: the invoice (a copy will be presented), the receipt from the courier (a copy will be presented), warranty certificate, user manual (if any). Products that show physical changes, traces of use or unauthorized interventions, so that the object can no longer be brought back to its original conformity by repair and reduction of the consideration, are not accepted for return. Products with bumps, chips, scratches or other deficiencies of an external nature not marked as aesthetic defects within the first 48 hours of receiving the product in writing together with photos to the email address info@asicasa-design.ro are not accepted for return.
The right of return is also lost if the product has been improperly maintained or has undergone the intervention of unauthorized persons or if the product has been used for purposes other than those for which it was built (for example, use in extreme conditions, competition, etc.).
If one or more components of the product show signs of wear, scratches, bumps or other deficiencies of an external nature, Asi casa design SRL reserves the right under the law to accept the return with a reduction in the value of the respective components.
All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the return meets the conditions, we will return the money to the account specified by you in the return form or to the card, if you paid by card. The money will be visible in its account on your card in a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the product. Bank charges related to money transfers, including for payment by card or payment in installments are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
